Aprilia RSV4 & Tuono Valve Clearances and Adjustment

Checking and adjusting the valve clearances on these italian machines is a very important part of keeping them running smoothly and avoiding major ( & costly) damage to the V4 engine. Being a V4 with 2 banks of cylinders tucked into its compact frame this is a very complex and time consuming job which also requires very specialist tools and knowledge.
