#selecteddiscipline i want to create a habbit to be in bed (almost) EVERYDAY at 9.30 PM or earlier. Also i want to go out my comfort zone everyday. Also Dave PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO ABOUT SPRINTING (TECHNIQUE) about a week i've a day that we are doing sports like sprinting and i want to get really faster. Also i really thank you that you've made a video of a morning routine. My morning routine became's a habbit now so thank you really much for that!

hey dave I have a question. Is it just me because the day before a match or big tryouts if I train hard and really focus I end up playing bad. But the day before a match if I do't train at all and just watch tv and stuff I play good
