Beachgoers enjoying the northern coast of Egypt really got a show, as a high-tech car cruised across the water. Twenty-nine-year-old Karim Amin says he designed and built the aquatic vehicle with two of his closest friends. While the vehicle looks like a car, the internal mechanisms are more like a jet ski. It can hit a top speed of 43 miles per hour, and has Bluetooth surround sound speakers to blast your favorite summer tunes. For safety, there is a GPS tracking system on board. #InsideEdition

There's a big thing missing doesn't actually drive on land like a car. its not really amphibious if it only covers half the definition. Its a jetski with a molded car body on it.

It’s not a car that can drive on water, but is a jet ski with the frame of a car. 19k is stupid for a boat that only has the cosmetics of a sports car. I could buy a 5k jet ski and a car frame and make the same thing for less than 8k.
