super sweet - no body makes music like the doors - a veritiable swing machine. Jim's voice, attitude, and soul is priceless to them - the whole band were simple a total fusion of one in a billion uniqueness that'll never be repeated. Superb.

It was first written by "Bertolt Brecht" an german poet in 1927, but morrison changed the second line from "show us the way to the next little boy " to "show me the way to the next little girl"

Vocally speaking the Copenhagen session's of 1968 seem to be some of Jim's best recordings. This along with The Hollywood Bowl. IMO he seemed to really be on his A-Game vocally during these two performance's.
