That’s actually how I gained weight. I kept eating thinking the flavor would come eventually. That’s before I learned how to eat and listen to my body. Everyone is different, but for me. It helps to enjoy and get satisfaction from the first few bites.

Yea you right, I used to starve myself during cut every year but this year its better because I made it just “enough” tasty for consistency

I’m not sure about that. I’ve absolutely chomped down on piles of stuff I hate eating. I destroyed the bag of baby carrots in a day and I’ve eaten like 10 boiled eggs in a row before I had to make myself stop. Hunger is a crazy thing

But also, you're maybe not going to feel satisfied or sufficiently stimulated by eating bland stuff. And adding different seasonins would actually make you feel more fulfilled after a meal and not constantly feel like you need a cheat meal, just to escape the bland tasteless stuff...? So different strokes for different folks?

but I have a question for you or anyone who thinks they might know why this

When I make my food bland enough and I get full I feel like I then get a super sweet toothf craving for sweets or more carbs even though I had plenty of enough
Carbs in that meal and most almost all my meals. Why do you guys think this is? That I get super huge cravings for sweets after a properly dosed macronutrients balanced meal? I get my fats high protein and fiber and a good ratio of carbs but still after is when I'm craving hard for sweets.
....so it's not that I'm not getting enough carbs through the day cus I eat carbs almost every meal and I' definitely full and satiated after I eat my somewhat delicious not to bland food toom but still I crave hard for sweets.

Here is a tip: if you are not actually STARVING (3-5+days no food) and you experience “intense hunger” you’re actually just experiencing intense CRAVINGS from the candida dying off in your gut. Most likely from all the garbage processed foods you’re eating to get you “surplus” going because you’re in you “bulk”

Personally I just make a big bowl of non-starchy vegetables. Barely any calories and tons of fiber. Super filling.

Interesting approach. When I'm super hungry before bed, I do 20 pushup and generally get my hr to 130-140 and hunger disappears giving me the time window to fall asleep

Yeah i experienced that last year i ate unseasoned fish with unseasoned rice and frozen veggies.
Shit was not bad just boring, now i have all those crazy spices and what not and the cut is significantly harder.

Yeah certain foods just set me off and cause me to lose all control. If I taste a nice salty roasted peanut when I’m trying to lose weight I end up eating like a thousand peanuts straight to the face. Also, any dessert, even a bite, just tastes so damn good that it’s like a hit of crack cocaine, and then I can’t stop until I’m literally in physical pain from sugar overload.

0:20 I have bulked on totally plain "chicken broccoli and rice"-type meme diets before. Literally no salt or anything. But I have a unique skill when it comes to fatness

Also when youre hungry/dieting, food tastes better anyway so you dont need a ton of flavor

I have been eating just broccoli, chicken and yogurt for so long the only thing I can think about while working out is ice cream. sometimes I do loose the fight.
