I love my note 5 to death still an EXCELLENT phone, Best phone I've ever had. Not to mention the note 5 is pushing way more pixels or whatever which would make load times of certain apps slower, but it still beat the i phone loading quite a few of the apps. Note 5 is much cheaper nowadays so it's a win-win unless you bought a note 7!! YIKES that's a real shame what happen with the note 7. But I'm super stoked I waited and that my note 5 is still going strong and still looks brand new even surviving a few bad falls on concrete, pretty positive if they put the edge display on the note 5 my screen would be shattered so think twice before buying a phone with the edge curved display as it is very exposed and vulnerable during a fall, LIKE I SAID BEFORE NOTE 5 FTW BEST PHONE EVER!!! IMO at least!!!

I'm Soo not letting go of my note 5! This phone is Still boss AF. It still has the best display of any smartphone on the market imo, with its flat 5.7 in super omoled 1440p screen. Samsung pay via nfc or smt (aka you can use any credit, debit or even gift cards, Anywhere), fast wireless charging, 16mp front camera with optical image stabilization, 1440p front camera, 8 core cpu, Solid gpu, 4gb ram, 64gb storage, s-pen for expanded functionality and precision control, etc. and it doesn't blow up!

I only wish it was waterproof and had the new retina scanner and expandable memory would be nice, but it's not Really necessary with today's connectivity and the cloud.

Either way, it's still one hell of a device and not one I'm selling for anything else I've seen. Period

you can disable the notifications on android. just touch and hold on the notification. it brings you to a menu where you can disable it.

I've never had a phone for more than a year without having the urge to upgrade. However with my note 5 I can easily see myself using it happily for another year. Excellent phone.

Enable greenify.
Debloat all installed useless apps.

The latest iphone is shameful. No innovation or development, Just a fraud enterprise milking its pathetic loyal customers.

The note 5 rooted with ROMs can destroy any phone available and has the highest benchmarks.

And the note 7, if it wasn't for some hardware battery issue would be years ahead of the useless iphones.

I have a note 5 and this a second phone i get replace because of mic issues im thinking of switching to i phone 7

You can enable the explosion on Note 7.just touch and throw the phone. It brings you an explosion where you can't disable it.
