Ep. 6 Trimming and fitting the hull panels - sailing Jabuka

we have now prepared the marine plywwood panels for the hull. They will be placed on top of the insulating foam and covered with vinyl. However, the trimming and fitting of the panels came out to be a very tricky and time consuming activity. A lot of adjustments were needed. We also started to make the new door for the companionway. A couple of layers of marine plywood will be laminated with epoxy resing in order to reach the optimal thickness. I am still wondering about the possibility to have a small 'uv resistant lexan window' within the panel. I will make a few attempts.
