i think it may be a slitherwing sub-species, mainly because of the fangs.

in the shameless cashgrab of “nine realms”, we see a huge serpentine dragon that was locked away by hiccup and toothless, so maybe this might that same species or a subspecies

Thats a really big skull, it might be a titanwing monsterous nightmare or, what i personally think, might be a BoneNapper! But the skull is oddly shaped as well and i dont see any visible horns, the jaw also doesnt seem to have the underbite like the monsterous nightmare as well, about even maybe? Maybe a submaripper? Its really interesting looking!
