as a German I was quite shocked by the first line cause "Übermensch" is a german term that quite literally means a person who’s "above" or beyond—originating from the vision of Nietzsche (dead german philosopher) of someone who breaks free from society’s constraints to become their truest self. But GD’s interpreting it on todays generation; "Übermensch" is all about owning ones power, vaunting his freedom, and showing he’s a artist who doesn’t care about haters. Instead of just being “above, ” he’s reclaiming it to mean he’s living unapologetically, proving everyone wrong, and leveling up on his own terms.
He's a freakin GENIUS, i might use this song as reference for Uni, def one of the artistically deepest kpop songs ( + Ditto by NewJeans )

1. The first idol that can write and produce a very hit song (Lies - Bigbang) and after that agencies started giving their idols chance to do it (producing).

2. He designed the first official lightstick in KPOP called BangBong for Bigbang . Since then all fandoms followed it and now every fandom has their own lightstick.

3. Hair color trend. Bigbang is the first boy group to dye their hair bright unusual colors like pink, blue, neon green, orange. G-Dragon made it trend, starting from blonde there is no color he hasn't tried. Now every kpop idol will color their hair differently in every comeback.

Do you know what I love about G-dragon? He FEELS like a TRUE artist. Practically the only guy in korea who sees fashion as a way of expression, someone dying to express himself in every possible way and who's not scared of talking his truth. And I dont mean to offend anyone's fav, but what i mean is it feels like G-dragon is not an idol, he's an artist, he's not just some puppet to dress and put to dance.
