Its been 5 years since engineering. And suddenly at 1AM my brain wants to know what's the real meaning of voltage. So had to YouTube it again lol.

Literally made me understand voltage in less than 2 seconds while I struggled to understand it after 2 weeks of physics lessons.

I am a 3rd-year computer engineering student and I still don't understand the difference between voltage and current. Now I fully understand the difference thanks to your simple and clear explanation.

Teacher thought this for 3 months but I understood more in this 3 minutes. Thanks man

what a video man!! best explanation ever. Ive always been overthinking electricity but the more I learn the more I realise how simple it actually can be if you just snap it.

I clicked on this thinking it was a joke video, but ended up gaining valuable info, thanks man!

This is really helpful. my teacher always says "it's the difference in electric potential energy between two points" but I didn't really know what that exactly meant, or how it related to a real circuit.

I am studying resting membrane potential in neurons and this helped a lot to understand what's going on there. Thanks a bunch!

I wish I had a teacher like you in my school. Now, I understand in 3 mins what my Physics teacher is still trying to teach me for ages! Thanks a million!

As a mechanical minded person this related it to gravity and potential energy in electric terms. Easy and done. Wow thank you

Hello, I bought an EverStart Jump Starter and Power Supply. It has 3 USB ports but also a regular household current plug. It says it's1200A jump start and 500W AC power. If I want to run a device (electric grain grinder) using the plug, and the grinder is rated at 10.5 amps, will this device run it?

Beautiful explanation! Thank you for taking the time to create the video.

I only got it after the example of a circuit with current but no voltage so I am grateful for the secondary explanation.

Mind blowing! At last I got it! Thanks!

Youe explanation shows both enthusiasm & interest. Somewhere in the past I was told that voltage is push... current is movement of energy? It was years ago lol I think when you see this explanation you sort of understand the difference between doing something and knowing it well and accurately.

Thank You.

In AC power, current continue to flow without a losing any energy whereas voltage drops during a complete cycle? Why is that, I've thought of a scenario that if you replace the tank (potential energy) at the top of the platform with a strait pipe every time the voltage energy difference drops to zero with the water still flowing (current) and then swap back to the tank when the energy difference level is rising similar to a flow of a wave chart.

With the current still flowing does that mean there is energy still available through the current? Because if the is a negative energy potential then there has to be a positive energy potential to somewhere to assist the continuous current flow. Please help me understand
