The Cast Builder in the Element Browser in Do-more Designer will assist you with Casting. Casting is the ability to change the data type or size of an element to something other than its native size or data type.
Select the browse icon on the main menu or hit the F9 function key on any element field to bring up the Element Browser. Hit the [Show Cast Builder] button to expose the Cast Builder tool at the bottom of the dialog box.
Bit-of-Word cast to pick bits out of a register. V0:13 picks out bit 13 of register V7.
Bit Pack Casting to look at a range of bits as a value: X0:UW is the first WORD block (X0 thru X15).
Size and Data cast to morph a register to another size or type: MHR0:RD looks at two consecutive 16 bit registers MHR0 and 1 as a REAL.

Will you be making a longer video with a more in depth discussion on casting?

Why is the video shot in this format? Is it so it can be viewed easier on a mobile device? To me very hard to view on my PC.
