Something I learned when picking fruits for frozen yogurts is that too many fruits made it less tasty. Keeping it quite simple with 2-3 fruits made the flavors noticeable and super tasty. Putting too many made it all blend into a questionable taste

3 ingredient mac n' cheese:

5 cups milk
1 pound pasta
2 cups shredded cheddar
OPTIONAL: chives

Cook over heat until the milk boils and add cheese off heat and stir until you get a creamy, rich sauce. Enjoy!


10 ingredient mac n' cheese:

1 box elbow macaroni
1 stick of butter
salt and pepper (to taste)
1 cup provolone cheese
1/2 cup smoked gouda cheese
2 tbs feta cheese
2 cups mozzerella cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 12 oz. can of evaporated milk

Pasta and cheese sauce:
Cook for 3-4 minutes in salted hot water. Drain and put into a pot. Add a stick of butter and stir until it melts. Add cheese (only 1 cup of cheddar) off heat and stir until gooey and nice. Then add eggs and stir. Add evaporated milk and stir. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 40-45 minutes and broil for 2-3 minutes for a crispy top.


30 ingredient mac n' cheese:

1/2 lb bacon
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tbs lemon zest
2 tbs parsley
1/2 lb of shell pasta
1/2 lb of cavatelli
1/2 lb of farfalle
1/2 lb of champanelle
3 tbs butter
3 tbs flour
3 12 oz. cans of evaporated milk
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbs dijon mustard
1 cup colby jack cheese (side note: all of the cheese should be cut into small blocks.)
1 cup gouda cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup gruyere cheese
1 cup parmesan
1/2 cup shredded cheddar

Breadcrumb topping:
Cook bacon until it's nice and crispy and use the fat from the bacon to cook the garlic. Add chilli flakes and stir, then add the panko bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper. Toast the bread crumbs until golden brown. Add in lemon zest and parsley and set this mixture to the side.

Pasta and cheese sauce:
Salt a big pot of water and bring it to a boil. Cook pasta for 3-4 minutes. To make the cheese sauce, add the butter and flour and cook. Add salt and pepper to taste. After the raw flour taste is gone and it's becoming a little bit golden, add the 3 cans of evaporated milk. When it bubbles and becomes thick, add the onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, white pepper, smoked paprika, nutmeg and stir. Add dijon mustard. Add all of the pasta into a large baking dish and add colby jack and gouda. Pour the hot cheese sauce next so the cheese melts and mix thoroughly. Then add cheddar and gruyere cheese. Add the remaining 1 can of evaporated milk, then parmesan, then the shredded cheddar.

Bake at 450 F (230 C) for 40 minutes and after that, add the breadcrumb topping and chives.

Fun fact: boiling pasta in milk and add seasoning to it is actually something very very common to eat in Sweden, we usually eat it with a kind of sausages named ”falukorv” and ketchup. The pasta w milk is called ”stuvade makaroner” and its really good! (The milk should become like a cream, so that its sticky, but not too runny. Y’all should try it!
