The Unhealthiest Way to Cook Your EGGS! Dr. Mandell

When eggs are cooked at very high temperatures, the cholesterol in them may become oxidized and produce compounds known as oxysterols . This is a concern for some people, as oxidized cholesterol and oxysterols in the blood have been linked to an increased risk of heart disease. However, eating eggs hasn't been linked with an increased risk of heart disease in healthy people. (Healthline)

In this video I will review the healthiest and least healthiest ways to cook/prepare your eggs.
One egg has only 75 calories but 7 grams of high-quality protein, 5 grams of fat, and 1.6 grams of saturated fat, along with iron, vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids. The egg is a powerhouse of disease-fighting nutrients like lutein and zeaxanthin.

Please share this video with your friends and family. Wishing you and your family many Blessings! ❤️😊🙏 Dr M

Years ago when “health experts” were telling people to stop eating eggs because it causes high cholesterol which lead to heart disease, I ignored them and kept eating eggs every day. My cholesterol is normal, no heart problems.

I grew up on a dairy farm. We always had chickens and I remember my dad bringing them in the house inside his shirt. He loved eggs, as we all did, but I never remember my dad ever eating cereal for breakfast--just eggs. He was disgusted when the "news" came out about eggs and cholesterol that announced people should stop eating them, which he completely discounted.
My mom made fluffy scrambled eggs for dinner often as we were poor, but neither my brother nor I were ever able to duplicate them, as she never even taught me how to cook.
My dad's favorite was soft-boiled eggs on toast, and he used to make them for him and me and would cut mine into 6 pieces, his into 4. To this day it's still my favorite way to eat eggs, and I am very happy to find out that they are among the best nutrient-wise. Thanks, Dr. Mandell.

This doctor is spot on. I eat up to 8 eggs per day, and have been for most of my life. I eat 4 boiled eggs in the morning with bacon and mushrooms, cooked in olive oil. And I have 4 eggs in an omellette in the evening. I also eat, beef, usually in the form of a steak or chicken with the skin on or fish, generally salmon sardines or cod. These mainly with salad or vegetables. I keep to a fairly low carb diet, with very little rice, potatoes pasta and bread, and no cereals I will be 71 this year. my Cholesterol levels and Triglycerides and blood pressure etc are perfect. I get down the gym 4 times a week to work out. I have a 10-12% body fat percentage .... I regard eggs as my super food. Forget all they say about eggs and cholesterol being bad for you. Your body makes the equivalent of about 15 eggs of Cholesterol every day. But if you eat Cholesterol it will make less to balance out.

I began Keto over 4 months ago. Usually eat anywhere between 3 and 10 eggs per day. Soft scrambled for breakfast, loaded with grass-fed butter, sea salt and pepper. That, or boiled.

It’s a far cry from the fear-mongering I remember in the 90’s that people should eat less than two eggs per day otherwise they’d be at risk of a heart attack. Insane what lies we were/still are exposed to.
