One thing not mentioned regarding jio’s rapid growth is it’s pricing. In a market were user need to pay 2$ per 1 GB mobile internet, jio launch as a free unlimited high speed internet service for first 2 or 3 months. Then priced 2gb/ day for month at 2 dollars. So pricing..

somehow, i am not aligned with hardware thing. It might be JIO hypothesis that users cant afford smartphones, but even back in 2016-17, India had smartphone players who were offering good smartphones in less than 10 k. Plus, how many users bought JIO phones.... 1%?

they were under assumption that they will the succeed with same game that Anil Ambani played in 2006-7.
