In my opinion the best advice is that you need to give your subscribers what they want. It's like business, and people will pay you for things they want to see or things they can't live without. For me the toughest part is starting and growing your channel, but the good part is that there are now lots of online service that could make it a lot easier (I am using a little bit of Famester every now and then, and I don't regret it at all. It really makes everything more fun and engaging, and I also feel like I am in control of algorithm always).
