Excellent video. Small business people don't understand the value of a business consultant and are hesitant to invest in one because it will already to their costs and we all know what the failure rate is for small businesses. So, it will take a courageous leader to start dissecting the issues moving forward and only a business consultant and coach can give you perspectives that you may or may not get from your business partner to begin with. Either way, you need a strategic business partner. Going solo will not fly.
