HOKA Arahi 7 vs Arahi 6 - What’s new?

For Arahi 6 fans, transitioning to the Arahi 7 should be straightforward, as there are no changes to the midsole design. The HOKA Arahi 7 offers the same lightweight, streamlined support as version 6 - featuring the same compression molded EVA midsole, with J-Frame support, and an early stage Meta-Rocker.

What has changed, is the upper. The upper has been updated with a new flat knit design for improved midfoot support/lockdown and greater breathability. There's also now a plusher tongue for extra comfort.

If you're looking for a light, lively, and firmer-feeling support shoe for logging those daily miles and longer runs, the Arahi 7 is a brilliant option.

If you're after abundant support and stability in softer, plusher, heftier package, look to the HOKA Gaviota 5.

The Arahi 7 are totally difference in the comfort of the bottom of the foot. For those of us who loved the 6 while walking, the 7 is a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE disappointment!!
