Organizational Transformation Series

Project Management Institute invested in world-class research from top transformation experts to create the Organizational Transformation Series. It is comprised of three self-paced, virtual courses that help empower leaders and their teams to create a culture that supports transformation.

Foundation is the first course in the series. It introduces the building blocks, fundamental methodologies, and people side of transformation.

Implementation is the second course in the series. It provides understanding of how to assess the as-is context and capabilities of your organization and its people to activate the transformation life cycle.

Orchestration is the third course in the series. It provides learners with the knowledge to understand how to lead a people-centered transformation and anchor the new culture in their organization.

All courses can be completed in just five hours each. Micro-credential badges are provided upon successful completion of each course exam.
