Biden unveils ‘bold plan’ to build a railroad ‘across the Indian Ocean’

Sky News host James Morrow says the US President revealed a “bold plan” for an engineering project which could rival the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

“A railroad, from the Pacific all the way across the Indian Ocean … if you thought running railroad track across quicksand was tough, try the ocean,” Mr Morrow said.
