A bill endorsed by members of the 2 parties shouldn't be the threshold of bipartisanship. A bipartisan bill should be one that the majority of Americans with different party affiliation approve.

This is what Roosevelt did for e new deal.
Funding huge infrastructure projects to create a large amount of jobs and fix the economy.
Roosevelt funded this project by cutting military spending by 51% and even with that in place we still came out on top after ww2.
When our defense spending is more than the next 27 countries combined, I think we can afford it. Especially when that defense budget did nothing to thwart the attack on the capital from happening.

When a 70 year old retired school teacher pays more in taxes than Amazon, the President and his business dealings there is something extremely wrong with our Country’s tax system.

That is what a true President does. Rolls up his sleeves and gets on with the job. Unlike the 45th that saw his role was to play golf and grift the country.

About time, our infrastructure is in the 70s compared to other developed economies.

Invest big to win big. Bravo! Short-term, band-aid solutions won't get you out of this mess. Nor will single-vote-cycle or even one-generation thinking. Biggest problem will be ethical efficient use of gov't funding given the greed and corruption running rampant in the country.

Apparently the 30% my wife pays on the $10, 000 she makes teaching piano lessons each year amounts to more than Amazon pays. Does that sound fair to you?

This is where we will find out who is for the people or who is for themselves. We need Term Limits at the House and especially the Senate. But yet, tax breaks for the wealthy are ok. Yeah sure. SMH.

This is a must to re-boot the economy over the long-term but don't expect any support from GOP. Better to see how many partners from the corporate sector he can groom to counterbalance GOP negativity.

Hope it includes job training for current and future openings especially for those underrepresented in the trades, science & technology.

Wow an administration focused on governing and making America better... not stoking division, hate, and culture wars. Biden is working in America’s best interest, seems like the only interest Trump worked for was Russia’s. America is weaker because of Trump, hopefully Biden can build back better!!

America needs to update the infrastructure. Trump talked about it when running for President, but he didn't do anything about it. It would be better to eliminate tax breaks and have a flat tax everyone and the company have to pay! It could at least start with a minimum that every corporate and wealthy must pay.
