The question: "Who is the GOD mentioned in Revelation 14:7 ?" has a easy simple answer. It is the same GOD that Jesus Christ worshiped and who Jesus Christ referred to as "my GOD and your GOD". John 20:17

Hi Nader,
we appreciate your help a lot and we understand that we are asking a lot. But unfortunately we don't have any other reference to ask except you so please try as much as you can when you have some minutes to enlighten us.
If the Holy spirit is the spirit of Jesus himself, or the presence of Jesus and the Father, why Jesus said in Luke 12:10: "And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.." isn't he here differentiating himself from the Holy spirit?

It should be noted that Proverbs 8 says in the oldest translations of Greek "God created me", and in Hebrew "acquired", which can also mean "created" according to some language lexicons.

So I wouldn't say it was blasphemy to say Jesus is created, as it's actually found in scripture, he is also called "the firstborn of every creature" in the New Testament. However, the "manner" in which Jesus came out in time or was "created" is another matter of interpretation, as for sure Jesus is the "monogenes" (one an unique kind) Son of God, and came about in a way that no other creature did, that being directly from God himself (one might call this begetting, or otherwise).

Whereas all other beings were created by God 'through' means of his Son Jesus, who was God's tool and craftsman (again in Proverbs 8 and the NT), and thus the Son has a unique privilege in that respect, that he is the only being to come about in time, not through a secondary medium.

Jesus as the Son of God is by virtue of being born of God. God bore a Son out of Himself. Using our knowledge of Genetics, Jesus is a biological son of God the Father because he was born or begotten by God. Jesus substance is made of or derived from the substance of God the Father.. In contrast, Adam although the bible referred him also as the Son of God, he is by virtue of a created being, created out of the dusts of the Earth. Adam, did not inherit the substance of God the Father, because his body composition or substance is made up from the different materials or elements present in the soil.
The Father and the Son have the same substance of divinity, they are both Divine beings, but in the hierarchy of Divinity, the Father is always greater thsn the Son. When Paul said that there is only one God, the Father, and one Lord Jesus Christ, Paul is just conveying a message about the hierarchy in the Godhead, and the distinction between the Father and the Son who are both divine beings.

I do not like this "begotten vs created" dichotomy. English-speaking people in the body of Christ tend to put too much unnecessary distinctions between supposed divinity-bestowing words and non-divinity-bestowing words. Of course, we inherit these dichotomies from the Greek Nicene Creed in that it makes doctrinal distinctions between *γεννάω* and *ποιέω*, but this is very arbitrary, not having any biblical foundation.

Now, if YHWH said that He would send His angel ahead of the Israelites in Exodus 23:20, why do the SDAs claim that He was actually sending Jesus? Do they not believe that angels are "created"? Many preexistence-of-Jesus believers claim that powerful angels in the Old Testament are actually christophanies, but these assumptions are completely unwarranted.

Did the writer of Hebrews believe in a preexisting Jesus when he said, *"In many parts and many ways, God, in the past, spoke to the fathers in the prophets, [but] among* *_these_* *last days he has spoken to us in his son, whom he set as the inheritor of all, and because of whom he made the ages"* (Hebrews 1:1, 2 - my translation from the original Greek)? If it was only in the last days (the first century) that God spoke to the Israelites through His son, why do so many Christians believe the "preexistent" son was speaking in the Old Testament and pre-Old Testament days? It is because of a blatant misinterpretation of John 8:58 and other alleged "personal preexistence" verses.

Now, I have no doubt that Jesus "preexisted" as a _plan_ (Greek: *λόγος*) in God's definite foreknowledge (1 Peter 1:20), but that he had a _personal_ preexistence is far-fetched and goes beyond what the Scriptures reveal.

May I add for your consideration something we believe to be the "birth" of our Lord Jesus Christ. Throughout the gospel of John Jesus says that He is the light come into to the darkness and that was when God said, let there be light in genesis.

Michael is not a created angel. Michael is one of the names of the Son of God. It means "one who is like God" and the only one who is like God is His Son. He is divine just like His Father is divine.

Jesus is not God the Father. He is the one who is like God and therefore is like His Father in possessing the God-nature (that is, He is divine). The reason for this likeness to His Father is that He is His only begotten Son. That is why the Bible refers to Him as Michael - The one who is like God! The only one who is like Him in divine perfection.

Deut 6:4 is speaking of the one God of the Bible - the Father. The whole Bible is the word of God, of course. Baptism is done in the name of the Father (the only true God), the begotten Son and their Spirit. The Apostles baptized in the name of Jesus. We take all the instructions and examples given into account.
