What about new cloud archive on same id after assign E3 or E5 license, and before assign license user is disabled from 90 day, kindly suggest powershell cmd or Entra troubleshooting steps, thanks

well this looks easy if it just deletes the AAD UPN.

What's your solution if the AAD is the mailbox that we need to keep and have hybrid? Your solution would delete the mailbox altogether. That doesn't seen feasible?
