Seeing advertisement on YouTube videos can get annoying for viewers. You can use Autoskip for Youtube™ ads (also known as Adblock for Youtube™) that automatically clicks on skip button on YT video ads.

You can also install video speed controller extension and then skip through the ads pretty quickly. Annoying as heck though this new format.
