The pics make it look _so easy._ In reality one of my classmates in HS had the jaw surgery for an underbite & she was out for like 2.5 months. I can't imagine the pain! Also, it made her nose permanently spread a little ~~not that it mattered! She was pretty before & she's still pretty now 🙂 I'm sure it's well worth the pain, but omg. It makes me feel very fortunate to have never experienced it.

I'm so ridiculously proud of everyone who goes through horribly painful surgeries to better their lifetime health. It must be so much easier to chew and talk and even use a straw with her jaw in line. The surgery had so suck so hard but she did the thing and now hopefully won't have gnarly jaw pain when she's older.

omg I have the same problem with my lower jaw and you guys can't imagine how bad it is... i can't yawn or open my mouth too wide because if i do i easily dislocate my facial bone and, yep, if no one helps it it will hang there, 15 min straight of not being able to close my mouth with shooting pains all the way to my temples. I can't imagine how much longer i can endure this
