“Teeth in 24 hours” can be so misleading. Dr. H discusses why he doesn’t do permanent teeth in 24 hrs and why. Patients spend a great deal of money to have an All on 4 Dental Implant Surgery completed. Creating your dream smile; one that can last a lifetime, with maintenance and health,
Is what we pride ourself on at Dream.

In this video Dr. H teaches about
1. The type of materials available to be used within this short 24 hour timeline. They are limited and can’t last like other stronger materials like zirconia.
2. Gums and bone change dramatically in first months creating problems thereafter
3. Functionally, the patients is shocked with having back teeth again, and this often takes time to adapt and requires adjustments before it’s static.
4. Cosmetics: Patients smiles will change in the coming months but the device can’t be changed.
5. Questions to ask your doctor. So you can what is being offered and if it meets your needs.

I'm so glad I saw this. I have an appointment at Nuvia Implant Centers next week. I'm going to cancel now and go the traditional route you described. It makes so much sense to make sure you really love what you're getting by experiencing it for a while, especially considering the expense of it all.

I would much rather have any job done right than done fast.

I had my implants in last September, or about 18 weeks ago. I was given back my old denture to wear home and felt so miserable but my dentist wanted to let everything heal up ready for the temps. So I go back next week to get the temporary teeth placed. After that it may still be another 5/6 months before my permanent teeth are fitted. I wanted my new teeth yesterday but I am glad my dentist is making sure everything heals. So am I because I never, ever want to go through that or have no teeth again. Ever… !

Much Respect to you Doctor!
I’ve been doing my diligence when it comes to these procedures and for one I am still baffled as to how they can fit a prosthesis over open wounds and bone spurs that have yet to exit the gum line.
What I can say is although the 24 hr turn around is all still in its infancy I can promise that they will iron out the kinks in their business model and refine the processes.
Once that happens the competition will adopt the business model, ad some tweaks and run with it. Hopefully bringing the price down moving forward.

Dr. H, I have learned a great deal by watching your video and your honesty is one of a million. I have been to several dentists looking to get my teeth fixed. If I were not so far from where your office is located, I would be there in a heartbeat and get my teeth done. Thank you for sharing your honesty.

Implants are so expensive though..is like paying an expensive college tuition.
One day I will meet you doc...
Honesty shows in your emotions. And you are blessed because results speak for themselves.
I need much dental work due to untrustworthy dentist throughout the years and pain experience and phobia I just do my best try to maintain what's is left of it.
Much blessings.

At the time of surgery they're given Temps. After 4 months they get the finals. These also helps to see pts. hygiene. I'm just a tech, but it's always nice to learn more. 👍

A very important topic to cover. It applies to most things: time, quality and cost - you can only pick two, at best.

Wow this hit me deep, I have a YouTube channel that I just started last year November, and just reached a little over 1000 subs, and I don't show my smile because it's embarrassing 😔 and I live in Utah, now I just need the money to get started. And yes you are correct it takes time to make a masterpiece not 24 hours. This was truly heartfelt, thank you for giving me hope. 😔🙏

I'm in the process of the all on 4 right now. My time line is 6 to 7 months all set and done. My dentist and oral surgeon so far has been spot on. Take the extra time for healing on every step. So far so good

Everything you said is correct and great advice. I have had my All-on-4 zirconia (upper and lower) for 3 months and am thrilled. Going in, it should have taken a year but took 15 months for bone healing time and perfecting the temporaries before the final was manufactured. I had advanced gum loss and needed bone grafts, too. Fortunately, my lifestyle allowed me to take my time. My periodontist and dentist were magicians. The only thing I lost is my philtrum which you can’t see anyway with a dazzling smile!

I am 32 years old, Army veteran, MA, and Mommy of 3. I need full mouth extractions. I currently have 12 teeth, 4 crowns (1 of which I super glue in) and 4 teeth broken down to the gum line. I haven't smiled in 10 years. 🤦🏻

You did such a wonderful video here of explaining so many things that are involved with this procedure. I recently had to have the rest of my teeth extracted, about 6 weeks ago. I had 18 left. I just turned 65, but after 48 of having grand mal seizures, my teeth were breaking off, turning black and my whole mouth felt like one big toothache.
The Dr’s said it was because I would bite down so hard during a seizure that I was wearing them down, they were cracking and my seizure meds was not helping. (Refractory Epilepsy). I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. But no Dr’s would work with me since my case was complicated. So I was referred to IU Dental Center. After 3 weeks they made me some temporary dentures to wear. I have to wear those until I go through my 2nd surgery. They told me, I would not be getting my temporary all on 4’s until the following day after I had time to rest. Then when the implants adhere to my jawbone, they then can put the permanent ones in. Any thoughts on this? You truly are a Christian man, Blessed with Understanding, Knowledge, Love for the common folks, and excellent Communication skills. Praying you’re Blessed with that Beautiful smile forever, and you and your family stay safe. Mrs. Debbie Feighner/ Fort Wayne, Indiana.

I went the traditional route and glad I did. I had surgery done 24th September. And around March I'm supposed to get my permanent teeth. My dentist and surgeon see me every month to check and be sure I'm properly healing and that I'm doing what I need to do to heal properly.
