No-Churn Coffee Ice Cream - Panlasang Lowcarb with Kersteen

Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups coconut milk full fat
3 Tbsp. nescafe granules
2 Tbsp. xylitol
¼ salt
1 drop toffee flavor (optional)
2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions:
1.Put a sauce pan over medium heat
2.Pour coconut milk, xylitol, coffee, salt mix it till combined
3.Add toffee flavor mix using an immersion blender or u can whisk until all combined
3.Sprinkle xanthan gum and blend until fully combined
4.Sieve the mixture to another glass set aside until completely cooled down
5.In a bowl whip the heavy whipping cream and add vanilla until soft peaks
6.Fold the coffee mixture in till combined. Transfer to the sealable container and freeze
