when I played this game for the first time, this theme sent shivers down my spine. with it remastered, that feeling just comes back so perfectly...

and it. feels. GOOD.

I love these, and think they're gorgeous. Well down with the choice of instruments. I only miss the sort of distinct layering the originals had. I feel like the limitations of the time allowed for each individual track of the arrangement to really stand out. In almost every orchestra version I've heard, some iconic instrument moments from the originals get lost in the mix, or they no longer stand out.

Marvelous work! This is my favorite track from super metroid. If there is ever a metroid movie, they must hire you to do the soundtrack.

I have a question regarding another track from your album, the Upper Maridia theme (Quicksand underneath Maridia). I noticed you left out a part that starts at 1:21 in the original song. Was this intentional or did you simply forget to do that part? I'm just curious. I'm a big fan of these Metroid arrangements of yours. :)

I bought the the MREO, and I have a few criticisms about the music. First off, the tracks are far too quiet. In my car's stereo I can barely hear the tracks even at full volume. Secondly, songs that should be repeated (or longer), are not, and are far too short, like Samus Aran Space Warrior, or the Finale. Songs are beautifully orchestrated, and brought back some good memories; though I would like to see louder songs in newer albums, and maybe longer tracks for ones under 2 and a half minutes.
