The whole, " I'm drowning" part makes sense, he's brother was drowning when they were little and now he mentions it to he's brother that he saved. hits hard bro 😔

He tell him hes drowning cuz he needs his brother to save him like he did for him in the first the one person he thought would be there kissed his wife and now he feels even more alone and isolated thinking his brother has took his place....that why he says hes drowning under the persure and guilt and its tearing him apart but no1 is there to save him or understand.
