After pursuing a long term dream with multiple hurdles along the way, this was the day George was going to know if he was successful in receiving a medical school offer from his dream university. George had failed the UMAT and was unsuccessful in getting a place in an undergraduate medical school, however, he did not let that define him or his dreams. He started on a path to gain entrance into a postgraduate Doctor of Medicine degree.

George has a strong passion towards helping rural communities and also bridging the gap in Indigenous health outcomes. He continues to volunteer for multiple organisations to help rural WA communities, and we are glad to have George as part of the Fraser’s Fam.
