MEDICAL SCHOOL DECISION REACTION / Application Cycle Results

Today I’m sharing the results of my application cycle and my decision of where to go to medical school. I was fortunate to be accepted to multiple medical schools and I want to share my journey to give others insight on the process. In the end, I was rejected from most of the schools I applied to, but I’m very happy with the outcomes of the cycle and I’m looking forward to what the future holds!

I am so proud of you for making the mature decision of considering other factors other than "dream school" appeal. That was a really mature and well-thought out decision. Who knows, maybe you end up there for residency.

Oh my gosh!!! Yesss!! Congratulations! I go to UCLA as an undergrad pre-med and I hope to be accepted into their medical school too! There was no way they would turn away such an amazing applicant! So so proud of you!!

Congratulations on all your acceptances!! I'm a fourth year medical student at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and I was deciding between Cincinnati and a few other places and it ultimately came down to cost and being close to family! Being close to your support system is SO important and I wish you all the best with medical school :)

I also was accepted to a California public school as an OOS applicant this cycle so I know how that feels. I literally was worried that I was reading the email wrong I had to read it at least 5 times before it hit me. Good luck in Utah! Maybe we will cross paths in the future :]
