This guy is definitely renting a room in someone’s house. There’s no way he is living in his own rented flat or accommodation. I know so many people who rent 1 or 2 bed accommodations and can have people stay over as long as they want. Your landlord has no business coming into the property without prior notice. That is why you sign a tenancy agreement. I don’t know what he is talking about that his landlord don’t allow him ti bring over. It’s so not true. I will sue you for infringement on my rights as a tenant. What!!!

Dj, no one is saying people have to say life is good here or something but the problem is that people who are hustlers talk in the UK as if as it's the norm to struggle. They do not talk of the opportunities available for them to earn a good living. They use their earnings as cleaners, warehouse workers, care workers and all that to make a general statement that rent is expensive and all that. Once u improve urself and gain relevant qualifications or skills the bills become extremely affordable. Some of the areas where people can earn very good money are
( 1) Agency nurse( not NHS full time nurse)
(2) cyber security
( 3) Software engineer
(4) Lawyer
(5) plumber
(6) Quantitative analyst
(7) Actuary
( 8) Electrical engineering
(9) Oil Engineering
(10) medical doctor
(11) Investment banking
(12 ) Air traffic controller
(13) Pilot
(14) Project managers
These are some of the fields people should go into but they're in a hurry to show off to family and friends with the little money they get from their menial jobs. There are many agency nurses making at least £400 per day. Some can even make in excess of £60 per hour for the 12 hour shift. Those in investment banking can even make up to or in excess of £500, 000( including bonus) annually. People should focus on the opportunities.

It's not true there's no jobs outside London. Most of the factory jobs are even outside. And about your rent issue, I don't understand it that your landlord restricts you from allowing others from staying with you. If it's one bedroom apartment you've rented, I don't think the landlord has any right about who stays with you. You pay your rent and bills yourself. Unless maybe its a shared house with all inclusive cost. There are plenty of jobs outside so please try and explore more. God bless ❤❤❤. London is choked 😮😮😮

Some of the things he is saying is slightly misleading. If he's renting a one bedroom flat like he claims then i dont see why the landlord shouldn't allow him to live in with his wife and kid. Unless he's renting a room in a shared apartment. Even some landlords allow couples in a shared house provided you pay a little more than the usual price. He's only been in London for a year and he is talking as though he's been here for years😂. Sometimes it's better to talk less if you are unsure. I'm not sure how you can save £15K in a year with an average job for a single person in London. (It's possible to save that as a couple but even that is not so easy). Unless you earn something like £3K+ a month. You can probably do so outside of london where living expenses is cheaper.

Being able to save 20, 000 pounds a year means 1, 667 pounds per month after paying all your bills and taxes. Do they really understand the question or they just want to bluff? What is their net salary per month? That means he should be paid net at least 3000 pounds per month as a security agent? Interesting.

This guy is funny; one bedroom flat in barking is about £1300pcm. I have personally lived in barking before.. He should just say the truth, per what he is saying with regards to his landlord, he is living in a shared house.
