I think Fofana lacks the positional discipline needed to sit as the 6. He strikes me as a ball-winning 8 as opposed to a true 6, which is what's needed to partner Mainoo.
A lot of Fofana's defensive work is as an aggressor looking to win in the duels as opposed to protecting spaces. I don't want us making the same mistake we made with Fred in trying to force an 8 into the 6 role.

6 signings for me has always been the bare minimum in order to strengthen united to the point where, when healthy, they can really make a run in all competitions next year.

RCB1 Matthijs de Ligt £43, 000, 000.00 - Excellent passer of the ball and is dominant in the air. Knows ETH system. People say he is slow. I think he has deceptive speed.
LCB2 - Jhon Lucumi £15, 000, 000.00 - Can slide into Martinez role and do a good job. Not the same level and Branthwaite has more potential but cost effective.
LB2 - Miguel Gutiérrez £30, 000, 000.00 - Ideal left back who can be used in so man different ways
CM1 Yousouf Fofana £25, 000, 000.00 - Ideal midfielder for an ideal price.
CM3 Andre Trindade £25, 000, 000.00 - Like for like Casemiro replacement.
FWD2 Joshua Zirzkzee £34, 000, 000.00 - would be a huge help in getting the wingers in on goal. He should be able to revitalize Rashford

Very good suggestions. Also, if some of them should be too expensive or unavailable, you should make a video of alternative signing options. The likes of Anselmino (CB), Maxence Cauqeret (press resistent DM), Luciano Rodriguez (Forward) and Bradley Lock (LB). All class performing players available at reasonable prices.

What ever signing Manchester make one simple thing they need to make sure is allotting the right jersey number to players. Few changes I would also love is giving Bruno number 10 as first of all he is a number 10, probably the only no 10 at United and he is so much similar to midfielder version of Rooney who had aggression, passing ability, scoring ability and leadership.
Mainoo then should get no. 8, Rashford if he stays can take no. 11, Garnacho no 7, Hojlund 9, Dalot 2, and the new cdm and cb can get 5 or 4
