I aways am amazed by drivers who overtake me (on a cycle, with full hi-viz) then immediately turn left in front of me. They must have seen me, but somehow think I then disappear. Incredible.

Honestly, most of these are the result of the bikers actions: Running red lights, not stopping at street crossings or paths intersecting with roads, turning without looking, running into other bikers pedestrians and cars... A myriad of poor riding...
