EXTREME UK ROAD RAGE Idiot car driver VS CYCLIST car driver in the WRONG

This is also my own footage from my experience that happened today, Friday 5 October 2018
The UK law states that all motorists must allow at least 1.5 metres to overtake a cyclist, this person did not and when I such up my hand to get him to back off because he was way to close, he beeped his horn and stuck up his fingers at me. Footage was caught on my handlebars so I'm not able to show him swearing but I was right at the side of the road as shown so he was in the wrong. #roadrage #cycling #cyclist #cyclistvscar

for those without perception of their surroundings here's what happened
the car drove next to the cyclists, they slowed down to try and drive the cyclist off the road then they beeped because they were unsuccessful

Ok the manoeuvre was wrong but which of you is following the highway code? Because I didn't see any lights on your bikes, no bright clothing and certainly no helmets??

Driver needs reporting. Clearly not 1.5m when overtaking. Needs to at least attend a driver awareness course at own expense.
