Thank you mate. Gives me such a good feeling when I see people who are passionate about a game for how it makes you feel and not how good you are at it. I have but just started my FFXIV adventure, still playing through "a realm reborn". When I bought the game mid last year I played exactly 15min of my free game time before I wrote the game off as a bad experience cause I was confused in Ul'dah of what to do. Since seeing all the hype and good review everywhere I thought to myself "could I have been that wrong about this game" and I am happy to say that I was completely wrong. 90 hours into the game now and I cant get enough. What a masterpiece :)

This video resonated a lot with me. Personally I never played a Final Fantasy game before XIV, and I had never touched an MMO cause I was sure they just weren’t my cup of tea. But by the gods am I ever grateful that one day I felt like just giving it a try, certain that I’d quit, certain that people were just overhyping it. But it hooked me in and I will carry this journey with me for the rest of my life. The game is amazing on so so many different fronts, I adore it so much. Even though it emotionally destroyed me LOL
But it came to me during a very dark time that had been going on for as long as I remember, and Endwalker was… Exactly what I needed. Hope. It was incredibly healing, and crying my eyes out was exactly what I needed. And even though I only started playing in late October, I inhaled the MSQ and was able to start Endwalker at launch. I’m so excited to be able to be here for the next 10 years and follow the journey of this next chapter from the beginning ❤️

Everything you said I felt the same way Final Fantasy 14 is by far my favorite video game of all time the level of emotions I felt with the story is unraveled compared to any other game and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for this masterpiece And also you earned a sub from me I will definitely watch your Endwaker reactions

From outside looking in, I have no doubt we appear like a shill or some sort of a cult praising it but it's all true. I was a type of of guy who said to myself that i was not a "story kind of guy". I somehow convinced myself this false assumption about me. I gave a FF14 a try and I soon realized the reason why I wasn't a story kind of guy because I was presented with shit prior to FF14. I found it glad and sad that it took a masterpiece to change my mind. The only gripe I have with FF14 is after finishing Endwalker, the game has spoiled me. Going back to other games that tries to tell story seem so lackluster now.
