I feel sorry for the people who have not trashed an apartment when they moved. Also, some people legitimately need housing assistance are being punished along with the trouble makers. This is wrong.

Voucher holders pay no more than 30% of there income, sometimes HUD allows them to pay up to 40% but you always here the 30% rule. But there is big percentage of Sec 8er's that don't pay anything or less than a 100 dollars a month.

Its sad how workers cause homelessness for families. Terminating a family, because worker mad head of household filed a complaint after she forge head of household signature onto documents needed.

People with S. 8 vouchers have no incentive to improve their lives because it involves increasing their incomes and paying more rent. Rent subsides encourage people to be lazy.
