Kobra still doesn't work

I bought this Anycubic Kobra in June. Extruder starts making clicking noise mid print, hasnt worked since. Filed a ticket with Anycubic on Sep 9. Since then they have sent me a new extruder motor and motherboard. Still same issue. Stay tuned to see what they do next.
