I swear there needs to be stricter punishments for copyfraud.so that both copyright holders and fair use users have protection.right now fair use favors copyright holders to much and this power balance issue is causing serious issues.especially with youtube.

Well, after watching this video. If I was ever called to court for one of my fan made trailers infringing on copyright, while I don't really know what I'd do.

I do know now that saying they are parodies would be a reliable defense, right?

Also, with the way I structure and treat my channel, I don't mind Hasbro using my videos for money. They already use two of them for that anyways.
