I’m planning to ho to Epic flight school in Florida they charge about 100k and saying you could become a commercial pilot from scratch with in just 7 months i don’t know if I should trust this school or not cause I heard some school just there to take of advantage of you I need your help I need an advice badly

Here's a better way to save money and it will show the flight school you're serious and not gullible.

1) book a discovery flight to see if being a pilot is for you.

2) get your FAA Medical done wether it's class 1 for commercial or class 3 for private pilot.

3) Do an online ground school such as long schools and sporty's. There are some that are free but the main thing is to get the endorsement to take the FAA written exam. You want to get the written out and ground school out of the way because you only want to pay for flight training, to learn stick and rudder skills, and to pass your check ride on your first go around.

4) there's also free videos that will help you with the oral and check ride exam in the later part of your flight training.

5) since you're paying for training find an instructor that you can easily learn from and get along with. If you're not learning from them or they seem incompetent, fire them and get another trainer.
