Chadwick Boseman's Final Social Media Posts Before Passing Away

Chadwick Boseman spent the final months of his life advocating for social justice and protecting front-line workers from COVID-19.

Even though the Black Panther star was taken away too early, his final social media messages capture the character of an artist on and off the screen.

In April of 2020, Boseman also used his social media platform on Jackie Robinson day to shine a light on the impact of the coronavirus on essential workers, particularly minority communities.

And in the weeks before his death, Boseman used his A-List status to highlight the work of the Black Lives Matter Movement and used his social media platform to promote and give the movement a voice. Here are Chadwick Boseman's final social media posts before passing away.

It’s so sad. He did not want us to know that he has cancer because he didn’t want us to be worried about him instead he donated to children’s hospital and tried to make allot of people forget about COVID.

Honestly, even without knowing he was battling cancer I never understood why people were mocking him. It didn't matter if it was cancer, drugs, eating disorder etc. The man was battling something and deserved prayers. Humans can be so much like the devil it's sickening!

What a guy. Selfless til the bitter end. He went out looking out of others, and did not let anybody know about how he was doing so people didn’t worry. A lot of people don’t do that, it takes a special type of character to not cry out to the world about their problems.
