Nestled on 575 private acres, Honey Pond offers is an idyllic Vermont getaway for golfers that want a different, and unforgettable golf trip experience. The property boasts a range of activities, including golf, tennis, bocce, paddle boating, kayaking, fishing, and even a fully-equipped gym. With over 10 miles of hiking trails leading to a breathtaking mountaintop view spanning 80 miles, nature enthusiasts will feel right at home. The jewel in the crown of this ultimate retreat is a USGA-rate private golf course, complete with three greens, multiple fairways, and 26 tee boxes. The 7,300+ square-foot renovated home accommodates up to 16 guests and features eight bedrooms. A brand-new rustic bunk room offers six built-in beds with added storage, privacy curtains, and whimsical bedding. In total, there are 6.5 bathrooms, including a steam shower in the master bath, a shower over a tub in the hall bath, and the rest with showers. For those in the Midwest on a budget, checkout the airbnb just North of Marshalltown, IA. 5-bedroom house w/ pool, golf cart and unlimited 18 hole par 3 golf course for under $500/night. The owners are awesome and we had a blast.

This definitely is not for just a small family to rent, you need to have 12-16 people with you to make it affordable, but I can see corporate America using this place, someone celebrating wedding anniversaries, bdays, if someone has a big family and maybe a few people golf a few will play tennis and others will do the trails, there’s a lot to do that’s for sure…..it would be awesome to play on a private golf course all to yourself

Say a Fri & Sat night stay, 16 ppl. That's 10, 000/16 = 625 ea. Then food, drink, incidentals for the weekend say 150ea for a total of around 775 ea plus travel. There are tennis courts, billiards, hiking, and of course golf. If everyone plays 27 holes per day that's 864 holes of golf in a private location, on an uncrowded private course of your very own, luxurious room & board at least for some. This would be a place for golfers to come to hold one hell of a celebration.

One thing I'm curious about is that with only 3 greens and at 5, 100 yards, how does this play with 4 groups of people, rather than just the 1 you guys had? Seems like you might need to wear a helmet out there 😂
