Moshe, Thank you for your videos. I took your advice, bought a 2015 SV model. I commute about 45 miles round trip. I love passing the gas stations!!! I work for the Postal Service and found out President Obama signed a bill from Congress allowing employees to charge their EVs at work! I'm the first so far at my installation. So many free places to charge in my town. I also have solar panels at my house, i driving mostly free! I thank God everyday for my leaf!!!

Ps I putting the money i save every week on gas in a cash box. Luv it!!😃😃😃

I love my 2015 Nissan Leaf S. Your channel was very helpful in my decision to buy one. I do not have the heat pump but in Texas it really is not needed much. I appreciate all the information you keep putting out on the Nissan leaf. Please keep the updates coming.

avoid the S as it does not have a heat pump. which uses up miles. I will be putting a 12v golf cart battery in her to see if that makes a difference. I do love my 2013 Leaf S. but wish I. knew the difference before.

PS. Do you have any opinion on the BMW i3. I see them available in the same price range ~$15, 000 +. My biggest concern with the BMW is reliability and cost for any required service. I have no such concern with Nissan products as I do with BMW.

The top-line Nissan Leaf trim is the SL, not SV. I've been confused about Nissan's trim levels, myself.

I really appreciate your effort to push for use of EV cars, for which I am in line too (for a used 2015 SV Leaf), but my concern is that how long the battery of a Leaf with 30, 000 miles, can last and will it be worthy spending $12, 000-14, 000 ?

I've thought of buying a used Leaf for cheap- one with a degraded battery and then replacing bad cells. Is this something you've had experience with? Nissan wants $8000 for a replacement pack. But used cells are turning up for good prices. Could a guy build a pack for himself out of recycled packs?

If you live in USA . Avoid the leaf because we have many options that's better than the Nissan EV. Leaf is giving ev car industry a bad reputation here in the USA because of its horrible battery technology .
