One of the best videos the NFL has made. Choosing a jazz musician to describe Barry Sanders was perfect.

How sad is it that Detroit has had 2 guys who are arguably the best at their positions retire early.

2:39 making the 2nd greatest defensive player of all time look like a practice squad player

Barry gave off a majestic aura when you saw him run. The greatest RB to step on the field. His talent was mind boggling. Emmitt Smith, Jim brown, walter Payton, all greats. Barry sanders, the greatest.

Barry Sanders, walter Payton, Tony Dorset all 3 Great backs that had some sweet movers

in my opinion Barry Sanders is and always will be the greatest NFL player of all time! hard to categorize 'cause one is a QB, another a DT, Linebacker, Running Back but.... Sanders was what Maradona was to Football. We won't see another one like Sanders in another 100 years

You see this man EMBARRASSING  Lawrence Taylor, Reggie White, Derrick Brooks, and John Lynch! The scary thing is that at Oklahoma State, he was 2nd behind Thurman Thomas.

The best running back of all time and he is 17? No no no something wrong here.

So in other words, Barry Sanders has ultra-instinct.

Just think of the level of great defensive players Barry caused to miss & look foolish in the process, Derrick Brooks, Reggie White, John Lynch, Mike Singletary, etc.

3:32 says it all.. The Quarterback throws his hands in the air in celebration of a touchdown after Barry cuts back and makes one man miss still behind the line of scrimmage at the 28 yard line.

3:58 he put that franchise on his back yet he still found time to hand water to his team mates. Goddamn...

Barry had no o-line, no QB help, everyone knew what was coming and still couldn't stop him. Top 3 at least.

Put barry on dallas, niners, bills, or any other stacked team at the time hes going over 2, 500 yards and has more than one ring for sure...

That was just sick how he juked that safety for the patriots. I swear, most guys couldn't tackle Barry in a phone booth.
