Don't sugar coat this TODAY, this is just another way of keeping people renting. Rent prices will only go up, renters won't be able to save enough for a downpayment, and they'll be stuck renting for the rest of their lives.

It benefits THEM to keep you in debt and for you to own nothing.

FIGHT THIS IN YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITIES! Do not let greedy corporations take away the American dream. Visit your zoning commission every week until they’re annoyed.

You’ll never own it, and always be in debt. Makes sense… to them.

Americans are going to age as renters. That's not a good thing when you start having old age health issues.

Instead of building more rental homes, how about building reasonable price homes, and increasing people’s income. As a realtor in the ATL, GA market these are popping up a lot. It is a whole townhouse community for rent at $2, 495/mo near me. But because mortgages are higher nowadays, more than rent even though rent is going up, it looks more appealing to a person to rent. Especially, if you are a first time homebuyer and all you can get pre approved for is $100K. In ATL, GA you couldn’t even get a home at that price now. Our average home cost in the metro ATL area is about $500K ..SMH, we have to do better for people to be able to afford homeownership.

But someone will be owning them, just not you

Renters are saving $1, 000 a month vs homebuyers in this area. Great idea if you planning to move around! But after 30 years expect your rent to be double .
