Going to my father-in -laws 80 th next weekend. Same country but 8 hours drive south ( taking the dog…..that’s why no flying ) so my capsule wardrobe will need to be suitable for a party, some tops for cooler evenings and tops for warm days. Now with your suggestions on how to put a small amount of gear together, it will be 3/4 blue jeans, long sleeved blouses, tshirts and my favourite pair of velvet flares for the party night with a white hippy style blouse. Also my swimming costume as there’s a pool and spa at our dog friendly accommodation.
Thanks again for your suggestions and videos, make packing even with the car simple.

I did have a great capsule wardrobe and a minimal closet. Then, during the lockdowns, I discovered boredom online shopping. Now having trouble letting go. You have some great ideas. Had a good laugh about the grey tshirt as I fell for that too.

Had to laugh about the grey tee shirt! I did the very same thing. Bought the must have grey tank and tee. I’ve never worn grey! Lol. My capsule is black, white, denim and navy. Some dressy, some casual. Going to Napa valley in 3 weeks. Will probably purchase a couple of inexpensive flowy tops to wear there just to be a part of the regional vibe. Really enjoying your content. Hope you channel continues to grow!

I travel with black jeans and dark navy jeans with teal and purple tops for winter (Europe in December), then taupe and navy for the other seasons.

Thanks for this video. I'm still racking my brain trying to compose a capsule wardrobe for my summer trip to Spain and Portugal. The main sticking point for me is that I don't really want to wear black (like pants) because of the heat, however, for the first week it will be "that time" and I can't risk light coloured pants. I do have a pair of navy pants that are light-weight material...but pinstripe. 🫤Any suggestions?
