I live in the Kansas City area, and CVS is nothing like the advertisements. No one is available to help you with makeup or meds, or grocery. They stock the floor and have self checkouts. I just thought I needed to burst that bubble.😂

I work for CVS. I hope someone from corporate reads this, but you guys are downright despicable. Pharmacy is a skeleton crew, that's forced to almost ignore phone calls because of high volume, low staffing, and stores around us are closing. Just means we're going to get busier. Almost the same situation for the front store. Our store is one of the best in our district, but we're behind on so much because we only have 3 people per shift. Cutting our hours so we can't hit 40 and get sick time for when we need it. And god forbid someone calls out. No one will be able to come in because it'll be overtime. I love my managers and coworkers, but the company is just lackluster. Stop trying to monopolize the pharmaceutical industry before you lose the spot you've cemented. Your roots are getting weaker with each decision you make.

Can we class action sue CVS for false advertising? Considering every store in every major city, seems to have one single employee, one security guard, and a dozen self checkout terminals… at best, this ad serves as self parody, at worst… its an obnoxious, egregious, and absurdly out of touch fantasy crafted by a marketing team that hasn’t been inside a CVS since 2005. It’s not Sephora. It’s a dystopian hellscape.
