Okay!! After some deep diving I figured out quite a bit! This is a subculture in China that's usually found in poorer regions, and it's kind of like a blur between punk and k-pop. The goal is to express individuality which usually comes out in hairstyles!

This subculture is HATED throughout China because it lets people be, well, different. It's very fuck classism which is something I respect. Honestly I've grown kind of fond of them. They're just out here living their life.

The finger thing: under the nose is like a representation of confidence or achievement, and the little heart thing is a k-pop thing.
