Congress has once again launched a scathing attack on the Narendra Modi government over the Rafale deal alleging that the country was cheated to the tune of Rs 21,000 crore. His remarks came in the wake of a report in French media that alleged that a middleman was paid 1 million Euros by Dassault aviation.
