I've grown up in the black church singing this song, before I was old enough to write my own name. This rendition brings me joy. The kingdom of heaven is not based on the color of your skin. I am grateful for the chance to lose all my guilty stains.

Listened this over and over while in a cancer clinic in Mexico for five weeks with my wife. Amazing blessing and beauty. Still get chills every time I listen to this. Thank you Shane and Shane!

Another great old hymn!!!! I grew up on these hymns. My dad was a Song Leader-way before -Worship Leaders---just plain old singing---I loved it --I still love the hymns---my dad went home in 2014 gently---so did my mom--they were 94 and 90 respectively. I have suffered with Lupus and organ damage for 36 years-25 when I was diagnosis with 2 boys. Divorced. I thank God He gave me such wonderful Chirst believing parents that selflessly gave of themselves to help me and when I was disabled at 37--being an RN-it was very rough!!! I am 61 now --God is still so good. He will be forever!!

In the old days we used to sing praises to The lord, and thank Him for the Redeeming Love and grace.Today it’s all about me, what l need, what makes me happy e.t.c.
We need to sing unto The LORD and turn and keep our eyes on JESUS, it’s all about HIM.

My favorite Hymn. I love that Shane and Shane keep their music in a calm reflective mood. We are not overexcited and lose the meaning of the message in their songs and that to me is true praise and worship. The mind is kept on the God we are worshipping, not distracted by the music or the antics of the performers; your voice is a beautiful blessing and the music compliments the experience.
