The thing about the slab is that it’s also much bigger than individual pieces and can be used differently (ie birthday/ anniversary cake). The pieces could be a good alternative/2nd option but not the main product.

Not only were the slabs iconic, they were a little more sustainable compared to the plastic molds required to keep the pieces in place. The OG slabs also felt like more product. I don't think you should you give up something that's yours because some idiots on the internet.

Innovating doesnt mean end for the slabs, you have your top seller, foundation product which is the slabs. A lot of the branding and how people know you is the slab, apple will always keep the iphone but will keep innovating with ear buds, smart watches, etc... do the same, keep your slab as your iconic product and innovate and slowly incorporate more products

It felt more substantial and like I was getting better value for my money with the slab compared to the new style (even if they contain the exact same amount of product!). The slabs were my boyfriend’s favourite treat for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions- he was upset he couldn’t cut a big slice for himself this time around 😂

While I haven’t been able to afford to purchase any of your products due to being out of work for 2 years, I believe the slab is your flagship and you should not phase it out because of copycats . Alternatively, you could transform the concept into a pre-cut slab so you don't have to change your current process, where the material is already divided into manageable pieces for easier handling and distribution. This way, you can ensure a steady supply while minimizing the risk of excess inventory and maximizing customer satisfaction.

I think the slab is so iconic and specific to your company! It’s amazing that new ideas are being implemented, and I love the new single servings but I think you guys changed the brownie game with your slabs! And it’s something that’s really become a staple for you guys, so maybe you could give the option to still buy the slab? I think every food business has a staple product that costumers think of when they hear the name, and the slabs feel like that to me!

The individual bites are nice for something else- but the slabs always remind me of a birthday cake!
Ofcourse you can get cupcakes, but most prefer a birthday cake on their big day! In the same way, the slab feels more like something for a special occasion.

You could get legal rights to it since you made them first then you can stop others from stealing it. However, this will take a lot of legal action and quite a long time
